Has anyone been having good discussions on here? I think the linear timeline makes post much more ephemeral, and the lack of QT means you can't easily bring up the idea again.

Feels like tooting into the wind, as it were.

@fakegreekgrill I have had some good conversations with nerds about nerdy things on here. I do find I need to go into my notifications and scroll through to find the ongoing conversations sometimes though.

That hasn't been my experience, but I am pretty adrift from my old tweeps for the most part

@elfprince13 @fakegreekgrill yeah I was kind of surprised how well hashtags work. But posts where I don't include hashtags, I don't get much engagement from actual followers. Most of the conversations that were a lot of back and forth were where someone else was the op
