I don’t know who that woman is, but she’s seems competent, can’t we just keep her?
@Patricia Her procedural changes to the House barring individual representatives from offering amendments on the floor probably bears more responsibility for the US’s dysfunctional legislature than any other contributing factor.
@Patricia I am of course also skeptical that we will see anything resembling an improvement from any of the possible replacements, but she bears an enormous personal responsibility for converting our representative democracy into an oligarchy

@elfprince13 I figured out who she is, she is House Clerk and her name is Cheryl Johnson.
@elfprince13 so… I wonder if we’re talking about different women? Maybe? I meant the black woman who was leading the house (?) this morning. I don’t know who she is.
