The number of “had Silicon Valley in the name, obviously it was a scam and doomed to fail” takes I’m seeing from iOS and Android users with self-admittedly zero other information about the situation is wild.
This crowd is remarkably silent on the fact that Signature Bank collapsed yesterday, whose board included Barney Frank of Dodd-Frank Act fame. 🤔
In the grand scheme of things, this isn’t actually as annoying as a bunch of VCs inciting their portfolio founders to burn down a bank but after spending 2 days dealing with the latter it would be cool to not also have to deal with the former
