@primalmotion @alyssa I used to think that too, but my little a:visited trick confused so many of them I don't think they're even competent webapp developers.

@elfprince13 @alyssa @primalmotion @marcan This post made me audibly laugh. I had read your post about adding a message to the page, but didn’t put any mind to how you had done it. That’s quite a creative solution in a limited environment.
@elfprince13 @alyssa @primalmotion I just made a link to the HN submit page with a message that is white on white if unvisited and red on white if visited, so I could write a message to HN submitters.
This apparently blew a few minds over there.
